Our business thrives on challenges and assisting small to medium size OEM’s who are looking to step into the LED lighting revolution, or would like to emerge themselves into a portfolio of well developed, high quality luminaires encapsulating the essence of LEDs. Our route to market is OEM driven ensuring we have a core client base who can add value to our range, products we introduce or develop on their behalf. For us this route to market is very important as we feel there is a strong requirement for good quality product, quality supply, quick turn-around, fast design to prototype service. We work very closely with our OEM partners to ensure they get the best from the product to suit their requirement and subsequently their client’s project specification is met. |

Kypai Ltd is proud to state we design and manufacture all elements of our products here with the UK. We feel this is very important to support our business model to work with local trades from CNC turning to anodising, to Drilling etc. Working with the best raw suppliers we can ensures we offer the best End product, we make the decisions which quality supplier to use which might have an impact on the products final look or performance. You can be assured quality is never compromised for price! Our offices have the skills to design a product from scratch, We use 2D CAD to create the modelled parts to ensure all items cohere together, match thermal performance to key junction data to ensure long life, create Gerber files, lighting calculations and Lux measurements. Once our product is designed we pull all of the relevant items together from the MCPCB, lenses, LEDs, Bodywork, Nuts and Bolts, O rings etc and is then sent to the factory to be fully tested and assembled. |
